Short version: everything you enter stays in your own browser. We never see it.
What the app stores
Your quit date, slips and their optional reasons, daily check-ins, craving sessions and settings. They are saved in this browser's local storage on this device only. There is no account and nothing is sent to a server.
What we count
When counting is switched on, page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics and a few moments, like opening the app or finishing a craving session, with Cloudflare Zaraz. Neither uses cookies. Each count is only the name of what happened. It never includes your streak, dates, check-in answers, slip reasons or anything that identifies you.
Deleting your data
Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes everything. A delete button in the app's settings is planned.
